  Hubenwirth and Freischulz, founder of St?dtisch Buchwalde (in contrast to K?niglich Buchwalde), earlier from Gollembiewo. He was granted an area of 5 Hufen 15 Morgen 200 Quadratruthen culm. including 25 Morgen 211 Ruthen culm. scrubby swamp in Buchwalde on 3 October 1777, approved 8 November 1778 by the King of Prussia, from the lands of the city council of Rehden. In return, he was to pay 16 Thaler yearly rent. He promised to build houses and other buildings for himself and two families of tenants within four years, for which he was released of rent obligations for these four years. On 23 January 1803, he divided his land equally among his three sons, so that each received 1 Hufe 25 Morgen 66 Quadratruthen 10 Quadratfuss culm. SOURCE: REH; GGK.50
